Staybridge Suites Irvine East/Lake Forest, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is so fancy and clean. The staff are also amazing! Oh and don’t even get me started on the breakfast! I wish I could give this place 100 stars! They really went above and beyond!

When we first arrived we were greeted by a young man at the reception, his name is Julien (not sure if I misspelled his name), and this was a truly the best experience I have had in years at a reception desk! He was very professional, extremely helpful, and very fast in the check-in process. Adding to that, the room he checked up in was spacious and very clean. It also had all the necessary amenities. In reality the rooms are so much better than how they are posted on the website. If I knew I would have such a good experience I would have made my arrangements to stay for more than one night! The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had good pressure, the location was excellent, and the guest laundry was complimentary. It was a demanding weekend of work, and it was always a relief to get back to our room for a quiet and relaxing evening.

The location was very good, very close to the I405 and some malls. It also has a very large car park. The property is very clean, the pool and fitness center were great. Also the breakfast was huge and very good. The rooms / apartment was large with a small kitchen and 2 rooms

Perfect room for the one night, would have been great to stay a few more nights as well. Nice size refrigerator and kitchen. Breakfast was really good!
